Does this come with the suspension files too or just the chassis tubes?

Both are included — you get the full chassis plus the A-arm front and trailing arm rear suspension cut files. It's a complete platform package, all in DXF.

Will this actually fit under a Manx body or do I have to modify it?

It's designed as a rear engine buggy platform built to fit a Manx body, running a 105" wheelbase and 68" track (wheel mounting surface to surface). If you've got something nonstandard, email us and we'll help you sort out what works for your build.

Can I just run these DXF files on my plasma table at home?

Yep, these are DXF cutting files you can run on a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, then press the plates that need bending and weld it all together. If you need a shop to cut or bend them, email us and we'll point you to one.

How do I get the Tube Chassis Manx Style Buggy after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
