Do these arms need to be bent, or do they cut flat and weld up straight off the table?

These are boxed trailing arms, so the plates cut flat on your plasma, laser, or waterjet and then get press bent before you weld them up. The file is set up for that, just plan on having a press handy for the bends.

What hub setup are these built around?

They're designed for 934 mid-bore hubs with 5.25" caliper mounting. If you're running something different, shoot us an email and we'll see if it'll work or if there's another file that fits your build better.

How much travel and trackwidth am I getting out of this rear setup?

It's a 26" arm setup that comes out to roughly 92" trackwidth and about 22.5" of wheel travel, though both depend on the axles, hubs, and wheels you end up running. After payment you'll get the DXF files to have everything cut and bent.
