Frequently Asked Questions

Do these files have what I need to cut the whole front end on my waterjet, or just a few brackets?

This is the complete front suspension as shown, so you get DXF laser/waterjet cut files plus the 3D models for the full bulkhead assembly. There's a bunch of extras too — King shock models, wheel models, uniball/heim models, and the full MS21250 bolt series for mockup.

Will this work with my Kartek snouts and a 2.0 steering rack?

Yep — the spindle snout pattern is 8 on 3-3/4", which is common for Kartek and Jamar snouts, and the steering rack mounting is set up for 2.0 and 2.5 racks with 4.5" of throw. Tie rod brackets are included in the files.

It's set up for King shocks, but can I run a different brand on it?

It's designed around King pure race shocks (2.0x10" coil-over with 2.5x14" bypass) and the tubes are positioned to clear the coil-over. Other brands may work, but if you're running something specific shoot us an email and we'll help you figure out if it'll fit your build.

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
