-Based off our Class 10 chassis, this 4 seat version will handle the desert but is also light enough to be a sandcar.
-Complete chassis with front and rear suspension as shown above with 3d models and laser cut files.
-Spindle snout mount pattern is 8 on 3-3/4" , common for Kartek and Jamar snouts.
-Steering rack mounting for 2.0 and 2.5 steering racks, 4.5" throw.  Includes tie rod brackets.
-Designed for King pure race shocks, but other brands may work.
-Rear hub plates, 934 4-pistion, 934 6-piston, PC Micro stub

Does this come as a complete chassis with the suspension, or just the tube frame files?

It's the complete deal — front and rear suspension included along with the full chassis, all as 3D models and laser cut files. You also get shock, wheel, uniball/heim, and bolt models to mock everything up.

What snout and steering rack does this thing run?

The spindle snout mount pattern is 8 on 3-3/4", which is common for Kartek and Jamar snouts. Steering is set up for 2.0 and 2.5 racks with 4.5" throw, and it includes the tie rod brackets.

Is this designed around King shocks or can I run another brand?

It's designed for King pure race shocks and the tubes are positioned to clear the coil-overs, but other brands may work too. You get models of all the King shock sizes to check fitment for your build.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
