Trophy Truck Link arms designed by Tekk Consulting LLC and 100% built from plate structure. These link arms are race proven and are designed for skilled fabricators to assemble, they come with the fixture pieces that bolt to Tekk fixture tables for ease in assembly.

These arms are designed to ONLY be cut from Chromoly (4130) and we suggest TIG welded them, some have MIG welded them in the past.

What material do I need to cut these link arms from?

These are designed to ONLY be cut from chromoly (4130) — don't run them in mild steel. We suggest TIG welding them, though some guys have MIG welded them in the past.

Do these come with anything to help line them up during assembly?

Yep, the files include the fixture pieces that bolt to Tekk fixture tables to make assembly easier. Just keep in mind these are built from plate structure and meant for skilled fabricators to put together.

Are these just DXF files I run on my own table, or does a part ship to me?

These are downloadable DXF cut files — nothing physical ships. After purchase you grab the files and have them cut on your plasma, laser, or waterjet (out of 4130), then assemble and weld them up yourself.
