Frequently Asked Questions
These are designed to be cut from 4130 chromoly, and you can have them cut on a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet. Just keep in mind some of the plates need to be press bent, and this whole setup needs to be TIG welded by someone with real fab experience.
You're buying the digital CAD/DXF cut files, not a physical part. Once you've got the files you take them to a shop or run them yourself to get all the plates cut and bent, then weld the assembly together.
Yep, because of how involved these assemblies are, a rep from DIY OFFROAD will reach out to you personally after you purchase to help get you squared away. This setup really does take professional welding experience, so don't go into it blind.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
