Frequently Asked Questions

Do these come set up for the 1" uniballs on both the chassis and housing ends, or do I need to order anything special?

Yep, the arms are designed around 1" uni-ball bearings for both the chassis and rear housing mounts. The clevis shock mounts run 7/8" bearings with cups welded into the arm — those are standard parts off Kartek.com, so you'll just need to source the bearings and uniballs to finish them out.

Are the sway bar tabs already on the file or are they separate?

The optional sway bar mount tabs are included in this digital asset. You can place them in several different spots on the arm depending on the setup you're running, so you've got some flexibility there.

Can I just run these straight off my plasma table or do some plates need bending?

You'll get the DXF cut files to run on a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, and some of the plates are meant to be press bent before assembly. If you don't have a press handy, email us and we can recommend a shop to cut and bend them for you.

How do I get the 60" TT RACE Clevis Style Link arms with optional Sway Bar Mount (Standard Geometry) after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 60" TT RACE Clevis Style Link arms with optional Sway Bar Mount (Standard Geometry) cost?

The 60" TT RACE Clevis Style Link arms with optional Sway Bar Mount (Standard Geometry) is $415.00.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
