These DIY Trophy Truck Rear Pivot Boxes are designed to be universal in that you can mount them in a variety of different chassis applications. From an all tube floor to the boxed floors also available here on DIY these rear pivot boxes will locate both the lower and upper link arms for your rear suspension. The upper link has three mounting points for adjustment and the ability to work with several different rear end housing tab setups.

The mounts are designed for 3.06 width spacers, ¾” bolt for the bottom and 5/8” top.

Plasma Table Friendly - This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

This is the Stage 1 plasma-table-friendly version, so it's the NO BENDS layout — you just run the DXF on your plasma, laser, or waterjet and weld it up. No press brake needed for this one.

They're designed to be universal and mount into a variety of chassis setups, from an all-tube floor to the boxed floors we also carry here on DIY. Either way they'll locate both your lower and upper link arms.
