Below are all the specifications for the Trophy Truck/6100 class platforms, the other platforms are dialed down versions of this setup. For questions or inquiries please contact [email protected]

Rear Fuel Cell – The rear cell is designed to be a simple construction that drops into place in the rear of the chassis, featuring 100+ gallon capacity you can choose how large you want the cell to be. A simple “X” bolts into place above the cell, holding it in.

Frequently Asked Questions

These say Trophy Truck/6100/7200/Aussie spec — are all those configs in the one download or do I pick a class?

The full specs here are for the Trophy/Trick Truck and 6100 class, and the 7200 and Aussie spec are dialed-down versions of that same platform. If you're not sure which config you're getting for your class, shoot a note to [email protected] before you buy and we'll get you sorted.

Can I run these files straight on my plasma table or do some plates need bending too?

You're buying the DXF cut files so you can have the plates cut on a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, and some of these plates are designed to be press bent after cutting. If you need a shop to cut or bend them, email us and we'll point you to someone who can handle it.

How big of a fuel cell will this rear clip handle with the tires sitting on top?

This is the "style one" setup where the tires sit on top of the cell at the very rear, which lets you run a bigger cell low in the chassis — the rear cell is designed for 100+ gallon capacity and you choose how large you want to go. The spares lay down in back on a simple single or Y strap setup for easy swaps.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
