These Plasma Table Friendly Link arms are the perfect addition to the fabricators digital asset database that has a CNC plasma table! All the platework is flat, no bends, thus making the cutting/fabrication very simple and easy. You will have to make the 2” diameter tube that is welded to the bottom of the arm but that is easy to do with the included PDF documents.

***This product is a Digital Asset, you are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all the plates flat or do I have to bend anything to weld these up?

All the platework is flat, no bends, so they're super easy to run on your plasma table and weld up. The only thing you'll make is the 2" diameter tube that welds to the bottom of the arm, and there's a PDF included that walks you through that.

Is the tube included in the files or do I have to source that myself?

The tube isn't a cut file since it's just 2" diameter tube you supply, but we include PDF docs showing you exactly how to make and weld it to the bottom of the arm. Easy stuff.

What do I actually get when I buy this, just the DXF or anything else?

You're getting the DXF cut files for all the flat platework so you can have them cut on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, plus the PDF documents for building the 2" tube. It's a digital download, no physical parts ship.

How do I get the 48" Traditional Tube Style Lower Link Arms after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 48" Traditional Tube Style Lower Link Arms cost?

The 48" Traditional Tube Style Lower Link Arms is $32.00.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
