You're getting the DXF cut files for the flat platework only — the 2" diameter tube that welds to the bottom of the arm you'll have to source and make yourself. The good news is there's an included PDF that walks you through it, so it's an easy job.
All the platework is flat, no bends at all, so you can just run them straight off your CNC plasma table. That's the whole idea behind these — keeps the cutting and fab dead simple.
