This front bulkhead assembly is designed around the uprights/hubs from Kartek.com to make the fabrication and assembly of this front end easier / lower investment for high performance.

Everything (other than the uprights you buy) is designed to be cut on a plasma table, the arms and bulkhead center section feature tolerances that are suited for plasma table cutting with tab/slot alignment that make this easier to fabricate.

These setups come with two different styles, one that is lighter duty and one that is heavier duty, depends on the setup you prefer but the arms can be cut accordingly per the weight/size of the vehicle you’re building.

The upright is from Kartek (KTK14D1050WRKIT) and this cutpack includes the steering tabs for the upright with a fixture to help you build/place them properly onto the upright.

These front ends also work with several different HOWE racks, the 100 and 118 or if you have a special request, please let us know and we can accommodate accordingly ([email protected])

***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.
