Frequently Asked Questions

Does this mount work with the universal truss or do I need a specific one?

It's designed to complement the Universal Heavy Duty Truss that fits 3", 3.25", and 3.5" housing tubes. It may work with others, but if you're running a different truss shoot us an email and we'll see if it lines up with your setup.

Are these flat plates or do I have to bend anything to run them on my plasma table?

All flat plate, no bends — that's what Plasma Table Friendly means, so cutting and assembly is easy on a plasma table. Just make sure you follow the WPO during assembly so you keep the strength in the component.

What size bolt and rod end is this set up for?

It's set up for a ¾" bolt on a 1.25" rod end with 2.75" tall spacers. Keep in mind you're buying the DXF cut files here, not a physical part, so you'll have these cut from plasma, laser, or waterjet and then assemble them yourself.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
