Bulkhead – Primarily plate construction with 1/8”, 3/16”, and ¼” that utilizes weld washers for all bolt hole locations.
Lower Arm – JEHC Designed these lower arms with a unique style utilizing 1.5” tube sections as the foundation and wrapping that with precision placed platework, locating the shocks while providing a great mixture of weight savings and strength. The interior (chassis) pivots are 1” uni-ball bearings while the upright pivot is a 1.5” Com24 style bearing with options to run a few different bearing cups from various suppliers, even the larger TT bearings from NHBB.
Upper Arm – Keeping with the same style as the lower arms these upper arms utilize 1.5” tube as the base structure that is wrapped in precision placed platework. Utilizing 7/8” Rod ends with Standard Square receivers (bungs) for the chassis side and 1.5” Com24 uni-ball bearings for the upright these arms are setup for race proven durability, or you can run the larger TT style bearings from NHBB.
Upright – Just like the arms the uprights are a unique style designed by Tekk Consulting that feature unique hub faceplates and some serious race proven components like the upper arm spacer, pin, shank setup that welds into the main tube of the upright. All the machine files (IGES, STEP, and PDF) for these pieces are included in the purchase of the cutfiles. The faceplate is a standard 12 bolt pattern so multiple race hub options will work with this setup.
Trackwidth – With standard 2.5 Trophy Truck hubs and wheels/tires this setup will be about 92-93” in trackwidth.
Shocks / Wheel Travel – Designed to run 14” stroke shocks side by side, 3.0” coilover and 4.5” bypass. Wheel travel is optimized at 24” usable, 25” metal to metal.
Steering Setup – This Bulkhead is designed for a Power Steering Solutions Rack, the 2.75 with a 6” throw. (Custom options are Available, please contact Tekk Consulting for Questions.)
Tires and Wheels – This front end is optimized for 39-42” tires.

Either way works — it's a universal front end so you can graft it onto an existing race/prerunner truck or start a brand new chassis with it. It's set up for Trophy Truck, fullsize Luxury Prerunner, and 6100 Heavy under the new 40" tire rules.
You're getting the digital DXF cut files (or CAD solids) so you can have the plates cut on a plasma, laser, or waterjet and press bent as needed. Heads up — because this assembly is complex, someone from JEH Consulting will reach out to you personally after purchase to help get you dialed in.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.
Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
