These are designed to weld to round tubing sized for 1.75" tube, so the file gives you the radius to cradle the tube for a clean weld joint. Just run the DXF on your plasma table and they'll match up to your tube.
They're designed to be cut out of 3/16" material, and they're plasma table friendly with no bends — all flat plate, so any CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet will run them fine. Just follow the WPO when you weld them up to keep the strength.
These fit up to a 0.875" rod end and are set up for a 5/8" bolt, with the holes already in the DXF so you cut everything in one shot. They're also MIG-friendly with corner welds so they're easy to weld into your chassis.
