This is the RACK version of the Stage 2 truck bulkhead, so it's laid out for a rack setup. JEHC offers a variety of options though, so if you're running something different, the rep from JEH Consulting reaching out after purchase can point you to the right files.
It's designed to be cut from 4130 Chromoly. Just keep in mind some of these plates are made to be bent (press), so you'll want to run them on a plasma, laser, or waterjet and have them pressed where the design calls for it.
It's designed to be TIG welded, but some folks have MIG welded them in the past. For a bulkhead this critical we'd lean toward TIG, but that call is yours on your build.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
Imported clean, no junk geometry, kerf was right on. Cut and welded without a fight.

Would have taken me days to draw this myself. Had parts on the table same week.

Everything lined up with my tube and the tabs dropped right in. Tacked and welded dead straight.
Prerunner_Pat
Strong once it is all welded up. No flex, no cracks after testing. Confidence inspiring.
BajaFab_Ramon
Professional file, accurate dimensions. Cheaper than paying a shop to draw it.
ChassisMike
Edges were clean off the plasma, minimal cleanup. Fit and finish is top notch.
