This backhalf is designed around the Frist Generation Ford Ranger 83-92 and incorporates a Jeepspeed Fuel cell from Jaz along with a rear mounted sway bar designed for 29-30 inches of rear wheel travel. This setup is designed to be plasma table friendly along with being very fabrication friendly. The height of this backhalf in the compression area (bump travel) will clear up to 40” tires for the perfect setup to provide ideal chassis dynamics. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.*** PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Yep, it's Plasma Table Friendly, so it's designed with little to no bends and mostly flat plate to keep cutting and assembly easy. Just make sure you follow the WPO so the strength stays where it needs to be.
