These link mounts locate your 3/4 setup to your chassis, setup for 48" lower links and stock wheelbase measurement. They are plasma table friendly and will require trimming to the chassis to mount them under the cab, for serious prerunners only. ***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.*** PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these set up for stock wheelbase or do I have to mess with them for a stretch?

These are designed for the stock wheelbase measurement and 48" lower links. If you're running a stretched wheelbase, email us and we'll see if there's a file that works for your setup.

Will these bolt in or do I have to weld and trim them to my chassis?

These trim to fit your chassis and weld in under the cab, so it's a serious prerunner-level job, not a bolt-on. They're plasma table friendly with little to no bends, but follow the WPO so you keep the strength when you assemble them.

Do I get the actual DXF files to run on my plasma table or does a part ship?

It's a digital download, no physical part ships. You get the DXF cut files (or CAD solids) so you can have these plates cut on your plasma, laser, or waterjet and press any bends yourself.

How do I get the 83-97 Ranger EXT-Cab 3/4 Link Mounts for Chassis - Plasma Table Friendly after I buy it?

How much does the 83-97 Ranger EXT-Cab 3/4 Link Mounts for Chassis - Plasma Table Friendly cost?

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
