If you are looking to link your ranger this is the setup for you, its designed to take all the guess work out of the equation and make it easy to get your ranger setup properly. Additionally, this setup is plasma table friendly, so all the components are designed to be cut and build from a plasma table with little to no bending involved and MIG welded together. Some however do TIG weld these items so that is also not a problem. This setup comes with all the files you need to complete the kit: The chassis pivot mounts The housing Mounts 3.5" fabricated housing center section and truss cutfiles (not plasma table friendly) The lower link arms The upper link or third link (if it’s a 3 Link kit) This Link setup is designed for the first gen EXT cab ranger platform but it most likely will work on all the ranger platforms with little to no modification. The chassis you see in the renderings is from a 1991 ranger. ***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.*** PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Will this 3 link kit fit my second gen Ranger or just the first gen EXT cab?

It's designed for the first gen EXT cab Ranger platform, and the chassis in the renderings is a 1991. It'll most likely work on the other Ranger platforms with little to no modification, but if you want to be sure for your year just email us and we'll check before you buy.

Can I run all of these on my plasma table or do some parts need a laser?

Most of the kit is plasma table friendly, designed as flat plate with little to no bending so you can cut and MIG weld it together easily. The one exception is the 3.5" fabricated housing center section and truss cutfiles, which are not plasma table friendly, so plan to have those cut on a laser or waterjet.

What all comes in the download, or do I need to buy the link arms separately?

It's all included in one kit — the chassis pivot mounts, the housing mounts, the 3.5" fabricated housing center section and truss, the lower link arms, and the upper/third link. You're getting the DXF (or CAD) cut files for the whole setup to have cut and weld into your Ranger.
