Frequently Asked Questions
It's designed around the first gen EXT cab Ranger platform (the renderings are off a '91), but it'll most likely work on the other Ranger platforms with little to no mods. If you want to be sure for your specific year, shoot us an email and we'll help you figure it out.
This kit is plasma table friendly, so it's designed with little to no bending — mostly flat plate you cut and weld up. Just follow the WPO (weld procedure) so you keep the strength once it's assembled.
You get all the DXF files to build the whole setup: the chassis pivot mounts, the housing mounts for the stock Ford 9", the lower link arms, and the upper/third link. MIG welding works great for these, and some guys TIG them too — either is fine.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.
Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
