Download, cut, and weld yourself a rear trailing arm for the Polaris 2014-2017 RZR 1000 UTV built to stand the toughest conditions. These files are designed to be laser cut and CNC bent due to tolerance but could be cut on a tuned plasma table.  Also included in the cutfiles are fixtures to assist the fabrication process and ensure fitment on the car. The fixtures are designed for the Imperial Fixture tables available on DIYoffroad.com, but will fit fixture tables with mounting holes of 3/8" on a 2" square hole pattern.

This setup extends the trackwidth 3" per side and increases the wheelbase 1" while allowing for the stock upright to bolt to the arm. You will need to fabricate 3" longer toe links for these arms as well.

Do these trailing arm files fit any other RZR years, or just the 2014-17 XP1000?

These are designed specifically for the 2014-2017 Polaris RZR XP1000. If you're running a different year or model, shoot us an email and we'll see if another file works for your build.

Can I run these on my plasma table or do they have to be laser cut?

They're designed to be laser cut and CNC bent because of the tolerances, but you can cut them on a well-tuned plasma table if that's what you've got. Just know the tighter the tolerance the better these come out.

Does this extend the track width and do I need to make anything else to run them?

Yep, this setup adds 3" of track width per side and 1" of wheelbase, and the stock upright still bolts right to the arm. You'll need to fab up toe links that are 3" longer to go with these arms.

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
