Download, cut, and weld yourself a complete  long-travel front suspension for the 2014-2017 Polaris XP1000 UTV. These files are designed to be laser cut and CNC bent due to tolerance but could be cut on a tuned plasma table.  Also included in the cutfiles are fixtures to assist the fabrication process and ensure fitment on the car. The fixtures are designed for the Imperial Fixture tables available on DIYoffroad.com, but will fit fixture tables with mounting holes of 3/8" on a 2" square hole pattern.

This kit widens the trackwidth 3" per side and moves the front suspensoin forward a few inches to increase the wheelbase. It also features 1/2" plate cutfiles for the ball join cups so you can press in your stock or aftermarket balljoints.

Will these files fit my XP1000 if it's a different year than 2014-17?

These are designed specifically for the 2014-2017 Polaris XP1000. If you've got a different year, shoot us an email and we'll see if there's another file that'll work for your build.

Can I run these on my plasma table or do they have to be laser cut?

They're designed to be laser cut and CNC bent for tolerance, but you can cut them on a tuned plasma table if your setup is dialed in. Just know the tighter tolerances are what make the fitment work, so a sloppy table will give you headaches.

Do the included fixtures work with any fixture table or just the ones from your site?

The fixtures are made for the Imperial Fixture tables available here on DIYoffroad.com, but they'll fit any fixture table with 3/8" mounting holes on a 2" square hole pattern.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
