These radius rod plate files are designed for the 2017+ 1000XP and Turbo, so you're covered on both. If you're on a different model or year, shoot us an email and we'll see if we've got a file that works for your build.

Do I just run these on my plasma table or do they need bending too?

You can cut these on a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, and they're designed for easy assembly. A couple of the plates do get bent on a press, so you'll want a brake or press handy before you weld it all into the rear.

What do I actually get when I buy this, since it's a download?

This is a digital asset, so you're getting the DXF cut files (or CAD/solid files) for the radius rod box, not a physical part. After payment you download the files and have the plates cut wherever you like, then assemble and weld them into your RZR.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
