These lower link arm are traditional Trophy Truck style with a 2" main tube as the base structure and wrapped with a series of 4130 Chromoly platework. These arms are designed to ONLY be cut from 4130 and TIG welded, some have MIG welded them but we do NOT suggest cutting these links from mild steel. For a serious race truck these are the links you want.

Fixtures are included for this that bolt to the Tekk 84" fixture table.

What's actually included in the download, just the plate DXFs or the fixtures too?

You get the cut files for the platework that wraps the 2" main tube, and the fixtures are included as well. Heads up though, those fixtures are built to bolt to the Tekk 84" fixture table.

Can I cut these links from mild steel or do they have to be chromoly?

These are designed to ONLY be cut from 4130 chromoly and TIG welded. Some guys have MIG welded them but we don't recommend it, and we definitely don't suggest mild steel since these are meant for a serious race truck.

Do these need to be bent or are the plates flat once they're cut?

These wrap the 2" main tube and some of the platework needs to be pressed/bent, so you'll want a press in addition to your plasma, laser, or waterjet. This is an expert-level build, so plan accordingly before you run them.

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
