These are cut to wrap a 4.0" housing tube, so they're meant to mount off a 4" diameter tube. If your axle uses a different tube size, shoot us an email and we'll see if we've got a file that matches your housing.
You're getting the DXF cut files, so you'll run them on a plasma, laser, or waterjet and then press the bends yourself. The 20 deg angle is built into the file so you've just gotta fold them at the bend lines and weld them on.
