Frequently Asked Questions

Will these arms work with my 1.5" trophy truck sway bar, or do I need a specific broached end?

Yep, these are designed for 1.5" diameter trophy truck sway bars and the files include the broached end machining. They'll also work with other broached ends if you're running something different.

Do these only fit the JEHC rear clip, or can I run them in my own chassis?

They're designed specifically for the T4-TT rear cell mount setup that JEHC uses on their rear clips and race chassis sold here, mounted rearward of the fuel cell facing forward. If you've got a custom chassis, shoot us an email and we can check whether it'll work for your build or connect you with the designer for custom work.

What material should I cut these from and are the files ready to run on a laser?

These are made to fabricate from 4130 and the files are laser ready, so you can send them straight to a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet. Remember these are digital DXF/CAD files you have cut and pressed yourself, not a physical part that ships.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
