These cut files are for STOCK width D44 TTB beams from the Bronco, designed to be Plasma Table friendly these can be cut from a mixture of 1/8" and 3/16" material. Some slight bending is required but it's easy to do so on the stock beams to make the fitment perfect.

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with no/minimal bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

What thickness steel should I cut these from on my plasma table?

These are meant to be cut from a mix of 1/8" and 3/16" material. They're plasma table friendly so it's mostly flat plate, just follow the WPO so you keep the strength where it counts.

Do these weld in flat or do I need to bend anything before they go on?

They're designed PTF so it's mostly flat plate, but there is some slight bending required. It's easy to do on the stock beams to dial in the fitment before you weld them in.
