Frequently Asked Questions
These are 3D scan data, not ready-to-cut DXFs. You get the scan mesh in STEP format plus critical geometry blocks so you can pull center points and relevant data to design your own parts off a solid starting point.
You get scans of both the driver and passenger side beams along with a bolt pattern mock up plate so you've got a good reference for whatever you're designing. It comes as the scan mesh in STEP format with geometry blocks built in.
You'll want a CAD program that can open a STEP file to work with the mesh and pull the geometry blocks. From there you can build your design and export your own DXFs to run on your plasma, laser, or waterjet.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.
Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
