These tube chassis Luxury Prerunner platforms are available in either Single/ Crew / Extended Cab setups, 2/3/4 seat options, and various fuel cell/tire packages. They feature the JEHC Stage 2 front and rear suspension from the Stage 2 Style platforms that will fit up to 42" tires with about 100 gallon fuel capacity. Details

Front Suspension – Stage 2 setup for 3” coil overs and 4.5” bypass shocks with 24” of usable wheel travel.

Rear Suspension – Stage 2 setup with either 3 or 4 link and JEHC 4” Housing and matching pivot boxes per the wheelbase application.

Steering – Rack and Steering Swinger setups available.

Trackwidth and Wheelbase – Various options are available depending on the cab/package.

Fuel Cell and Spare Tire setup – Various options available with 100 gal+ capacity.

Cab – Various Cab options including something unique, we may need to 3D scan the cab if we do not have the OEM cad files.

Chassis – Designed to fit the cab of your choice with various fuel/spare tire setups available.

Tooling and fixtures – Fixtures for the suspension and chassis are included with chassis table files.
