These Fabricated tube bumper frame horns are the perfect start to a pre-runner bumper. Simply weld up the frame horns then trim the factory frame back to where you want to locate the bumper (using the main 2" tube location as reference) then build the bumper from there. Typically, you bend up a 2" tube for the starting point of the bumper that indexes into the fabricated frame horns.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size tube do these frame horns index for, and do I need to bend it up myself?

They're built around a main 2" tube as the reference point, so you'll typically bend up a 2" tube to start the bumper and index it into the horns. The horns themselves are your weld-up starting point.

Are these weld-in or bolt-on, and how do they go onto my frame?

These are weld-in. You weld up the frame horns, trim your factory frame back to where you want the bumper located using the 2" tube as your reference, then build the bumper out from there.

Will these fit my truck or are they made for a specific frame?

These are universal tube bumper frame horns, so they're meant to be cut and welded into your build rather than fit one specific frame. If you've got questions about working them into your particular setup, shoot us an email and we'll point you the right way.

How do I get the Universal Tube BUMBER FRAME HORN 58DEG after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the Universal Tube BUMBER FRAME HORN 58DEG cost?

The Universal Tube BUMBER FRAME HORN 58DEG is $9.00.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
