These are designed to weld onto 2" round tubing. If you're running a different tube diameter, shoot us an email and we'll see if another file works for your build.
They're cut completely out of 3/16" material, all flat plate with no bends, so they're plasma table friendly and easy to run. Just follow the WPO steps to keep the strength when you weld them up.
They fit up to a 0.875" (7/8") rod end with a 5/8" bolt, and yes, the files are MIG-friendly with corner welds so you can lay good beads. They also allow for link mounts at large angles if your suspension geometry needs it.
