Plasma Table Friendly – This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

These are cut to fit 1.5" round tubing, so they saddle right up to your tube and weld in. They're built around a 3/4" hole and take up to a 1.25" rod end.
They're designed to be cut completely out of 3/16" material. Since they're plasma table friendly with no bends, you just run the DXF flat and weld up the corner welds — follow the WPO to keep the strength.
