The Stage 2 Bulkhead is the perfect starting point for your next tube chassis project. From race trucks to luxury prerunners the JEHC Platforms are designed to be fabrication friendly, taking the guess work out of complex suspension setup and geometry.
Stage 2 refers to the style of the components in this assembly, everything in this Bulkhead Package is designed to be cut from 4130 Chromoly and TIG welded, some have MIG welded them. These components are lighter and stronger than Stage 1 components.
All of the Arms, Uprights, and Bulkhead is designed with fixtures (included) so that you can fabricate everything professionally from the start.
This Bulkhead is offered in several different options, After the consultation with JEHC INC they will organize all your files and send them over, or send them directly to a laser house on your behalf.
Multiple Trackwidth and WMS measurements available.
Wheel Travel – Depends on width, but respectively 24” usable on fullsize and less for the narrower setups.
Steering Setup – This Bulkhead is designed for a Power Steering Solutions or HOWE Rack, other options are available upon request.
Hubs and Brakes – This platform utilizes standard 12 bolt faceplates for a variety of bolt on hub options from standard 2.5” up to TT assemblies.
