These link arms are designed for the Clevis style of mounting the shocks around the link arm. Originally designed for the owner of King Shocks luxury-prerunner K5 Blazer these Clevis link arms are lighter and easier to fabricate than traditional boxed link arms, making them less expensive to cut. The shocks mount on 7/8" uni-ball bearing cups that are welded into the arm, one for the coil-over and one for the bypass.

Do these arms come with the uniball cups, or are those something I have to source separately?

These are DXF cut files for the boxed link arms themselves, designed around 7/8" uniball bearing cups that weld in — one for the coil-over and one for the bypass. The cups themselves aren't part of the download, so you'll want to grab those separately to weld in once you've cut the arms.

What thickness steel should I cut these from to run on my plasma table?

The files are drawn for the clevis-style boxed link design, and they were built to be lighter and easier to fabricate than traditional boxed arms. We don't list a set thickness in the file info, so shoot us an email and we'll point you to what the designer ran and recommend a shop if you need them cut.

These were made for a K5 Blazer build — will they work on my prerunner if it's a different rig?

They were originally designed for a King Shocks luxury-prerunner K5 Blazer, so that's what they're confirmed for. The clevis mounting style is pretty universal, but link length and geometry matter, so email us with your build and we'll see if these fit or if another file works better for you.
