Plasma Table Friendly – This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Frequently Asked Questions

What tube size are these front mounts cut for?

These are made for 4.0" tube, so they'll wrap and weld onto your 4.0" housing tube. If you're running a different tube diameter, shoot us an email and we'll see if we have a file that matches your build.

Are these flat plates or do they need to be bent after I cut them?

These need to be press bent after cutting, the DXF is set up so you can run them on a plasma, laser, or waterjet and then bend them in a press. They're not a flat weld-in piece.

What do I actually get when I buy this, and what thickness do I cut it from?

You're buying the DXF cut files only, no physical part ships, so you can have these cut and bent at a shop or on your own table. The files don't lock you into a thickness, so cut from whatever plate your build calls for, and email us if you want a shop recommendation for cutting and bending.

How do I get the 4.0" Tube "Front Mount" (10 deg) after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 4.0" Tube "Front Mount" (10 deg) cost?

The 4.0" Tube "Front Mount" (10 deg) is $9.00.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
