Frequently Asked Questions

Will this mount fit my 3.25 inch axle tube or do I need to measure first?

Yes, these files are cut for a 3.25" housing tube, so they'll radius right up to that diameter. Just double check your actual tube OD before you run them so the saddle sits flush when you weld it on.

What thickness steel should I cut these plates from to weld into my link setup?

The files don't lock you into a specific thickness, so you cut them from whatever plate you're running for your build. If you want a recommendation for your application, shoot us an email and we can point you in the right direction.

Does this need to be bent or is it flat plate when it comes off the table?

These get cut and then press bent, so you'll need a brake or press to form them once they're off your plasma, laser, or waterjet. If you don't have a press, email us and we can recommend a shop to cut and bend them for you.

How do I get the 3.25" Tube 7" Height Upper Link Mount "Angled" (20 deg) after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 3.25" Tube 7" Height Upper Link Mount "Angled" (20 deg) cost?

The 3.25" Tube 7" Height Upper Link Mount "Angled" (20 deg) is $9.00.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
