Frequently Asked Questions

Will this mount fit my 3.0 axle tube or is it sized for something else?

Yep, this one's designed to mount off a 3.0" housing tube, so the radius on the saddle is cut to wrap that tube. If you're running a different tube diameter, shoot us an email and we'll see if there's a file that matches your build.

Do these come ready to weld in or do I have to bend them myself?

These are designed to be cut AND bent (press) before you weld them in, so plan on running them through a press brake after they come off the table. The 10 degree angle is built into the design for mounting off the housing tube.

What do I actually get when I buy this, just the DXF?

Correct, this is a digital download — you're getting the DXF cut files, no physical part ships. Take them to a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, have the plates cut, bend them, and weld them into your setup. If you need a shop recommendation to cut or bend, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

How do I get the 3.0" Tube 4" Height Upper Link Mount "Angled" (10 deg) after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 3.0" Tube 4" Height Upper Link Mount "Angled" (10 deg) cost?

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
