What thickness steel should I cut these from?

The file itself doesn't lock you into a material thickness since it's just the cut profile, so it'll cut from whatever plate your build calls for. If you're not sure what's right for your application, email us and we can point you in the right direction or connect you with the designer.

I don't have a plasma or laser — can someone cut these for me?

Yep, you don't need your own table. Email us after you grab the files and we'll recommend a shop that can cut and bend the parts for you, then you just weld them into your build.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
