Frequently Asked Questions

What thickness should I cut these upper link mounts from?

You can run these from either 3/16" or 1/4" material on your plasma, laser, or waterjet. Just follow the WPO steps when you assemble them so you keep the strength.

Do these have any bends or can I just run them flat on my plasma table?

These are all flat plate, no bends needed - that's why they're plasma table friendly. Cut the DXF files, follow the WPO, and weld them up.

Will these clear my 1.25" rod ends and what spacer setup do they use?

Yep, they'll clear a 1.25" rod end and are set up for 2.75" wide high misalignment spacers on 5/8" bolts. They put the rod end centerline about 10" above the centerline of your housing tubes.
