Designed with 1.25" rod ends for all the bearing pivots these beams are perfect for lighter duty applications that require camber adjustment and ease of fabrication.

***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

Plasma Table Friendly - This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do these beams need any bending or are they all flat plate I can just run on my plasma table?

These are plasma table friendly, meaning no bends, all flat plate. Just follow the WPO during assembly to keep the strength right, and you're good to fab them up on a 4'x4' table.

Are these set up to run with the Universal JEHC uprights or do I source those separately?

These beams are designed around the Universal JEHC Uprights for roughly an 88" overall track width, so they're meant to pair with those. The uprights aren't part of this file, so you'll need to grab those separately to complete the setup.

Will these hold up for a heavier trophy truck build or are they more for lighter stuff?

These are designed for lighter duty applications that need camber adjustment and easy fabrication, running 1.25" rod ends at the bearing pivots. If you're after something for a heavier build, shoot us an email and we'll see if another file fits what you're after.
