This universal Panhard/Track Bar mount is designed for 1.25" rod ends on 3/4" bolts and setup to easily weld to just about any frame and axle housing.

The plasma table friendly design allows you to cut this setup on a plasma table and assemble everything with relative ease.

What size rod end and bolt are these brackets set up for?

These are designed for a 1.25" rod end on a 3/4" bolt. So make sure your panhard/track bar is running that combo before you cut these.

Do these weld onto the frame and housing, or do they bolt on?

They're weld-on. The design is set up to weld to just about any frame and axle housing, so you'll cut the plates, assemble, and burn them in where you need them.

Can I run these files on my plasma table or do I need a laser?

Yeah, these are made to be plasma table friendly, so you can run the DXF on your plasma. They'll also cut fine on a laser or waterjet if that's what you've got, and a couple plates need a press bend.
