These are coped to fit 1.75" round tube and are set up for a 3/4" bolt. They drop right onto your tube so you're not fighting the fit when you go to weld.
No bends at all on these — they're PTF (plasma table friendly), all flat plate, so you can cut them straight off your CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet and assemble. Just follow the WPO so you keep the strength when you weld them up.
The files are designed around 3/16" material for both the plates and the overlays. Cut them from 3/16" so everything stacks and copes the way it's meant to.
