Frequently Asked Questions

Are these files set up for a Spidertrax narrow center, or will they work with a different center section?

These cut files are designed specifically around the Spidertrax narrow center, so that's what they're confirmed for. If you're running something different, shoot us an email and we'll see if another file in the lineup fits your build.

What steel do I cut these from and do they need much bending?

The whole Stage 1 setup is designed to be cut from mild steel and MIG welded together. It's built to be plasma table friendly with little to no bending or forming, so you can pretty much run them on your plasma and weld them up.

Since it's a full Y-frame assembly, do I get any help putting it together after I buy?

Yep — because these assemblies are pretty involved, a rep from JEH Consulting LLC will reach out to you personally once you purchase. Just remember you're getting the DXF cut files to have cut and bent, not a physical part.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
