Stage 3 Y-Frame Assembly from JEHC
This Y-Frame assembly comes in a variety of options (see below) and is designed to be cut from 4130 Chromoly and TIG welded, professional experience is a must for this setup.

The Stage 3 Y-Frame is the perfect starting point for your next tube chassis project. From race trucks to luxury prerunners the JEHC Platforms are designed to be fabrication friendly, taking the guess work out of complex suspension setup and geometry.
Stage 3 refers to the style of the components in this assembly, everything in this Y-Frame Package is designed to be cut from 4130 Chromoly and TIG welded. This Y frame and components are designed for serious competitive builds, everything come with its own fixture assembly including a table for the Y frame. These parts are complex and we strongly suggest professional fabrication experience for assembly of this setup.
All of the Arms, Uprights, and Bulkhead is designed with fixtures (included) so that you can fabricate everything professionally from the start.
This Y-Frame includes the following: Front suspension, Bulkhead, Floor section, Rear pivot boxes, Rear Links, Rear Housing with Tabs.
This Y frame is offered in several different options, After the consultation with Tekk the guys there will organize all your files and send them over, or send them directly to a laser house on your behalf.
Standard Trackwidth Options: Fullsize 91-93” range, Midsize 88-90” range, and Narrow 84-86”.
The Trackwidth numbers are starting points with narrow hubs and smaller offset wheels There are quite a few variables with this so trackwidths can vary. With standard Race 2.5” Hubs and TT style wheels/tires these setups are about 1.5” wider on the low end making them about 92.5”, 89.5”, and 85.5” range.
Wheel Travel FRONT – Fullsize 24” Usable, Midsize 22” Usable, and Narrow 20” Usable.
Wheel Travel REAR – Fullsize 32” Usable, Midsize 29” Usable, and Narrow 26” Usable.
Standard Wheelbase Options (choose one): 125”, 127”, 129”, 132”, 134”, 138”, 142” or 145” (unique and custom options are available)
Rear Housing Options – 4” or 3.5” DIY housing from JEHC but most standard housings will work from Camburg, Tubeworks, ID, BMS, Currie, and many others.
Rear 4 Link Options – Either Standard Boxed or Clevis Link Arms.
Steering Setup – This Bulkhead is designed for a Power Steering Solutions Rack

Hubs and Brakes – This platform utilizes standard 12 bolt faceplates for a variety of bolt on hub options from standard 2.5” up to TT assemblies, for the rear that is determined by the housing tube diameter.
The width of the floor will be drawn to your specific CAB / application, that will be addressed during the JEHC Consultation.
