Frequently Asked Questions
Yep, these weld to round tubing and are designed for 2" tube, so the radius is already in the file. Just cut them on your plasma, laser, or waterjet and they'll saddle right up to the tube.
Cut them out of 3/16" material and they'll fit up to a 0.875" (7/8") rod end with a 1/2" bolt. They're all flat plate with corner welds, so they're MIG-friendly and easy to run on a plasma table.
These are completely flat plate, no bends needed, so they're plasma table friendly. Just follow the WPO that comes with the files when you assemble and weld them to keep the strength right.
