These single link mounts weld to round tubing and fit up to a 1.25" rod end. Cut completely out of 3/16" material, these are mig-friendly files with corner welds and allow for link mounts at large angles but limit the articulation compared to horizontal hole link mounts.

These weld to 2" round tube and fit up to a 1.25" rod end with a 3/4" bolt. If you're running a different tube size, shoot us an email and we'll see if another file works for your setup.

What thickness material do I cut these from?

They're designed to be cut completely out of 3/16" material. Just run the DXF on your plasma, laser, or waterjet and you're good to go.

Do these need any bending or are they flat plate I can just run on my plasma table?

These are Plasma Table Friendly — all flat plate, no bends. They're mig-friendly with corner welds, just make sure you follow the WPO steps when you weld them in to keep the strength.
