Plasma Table Friendly – This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

These are designed to weld right onto 1.75" round tubing, so the radius is already there for that size. If you're running a different tube diameter, email us and we'll see if another file matches your build.
They're drawn for 3/16" material and they're fully plasma table friendly — all flat plate, no bends needed. Just run them on your plasma, laser, or waterjet and weld them up following the WPO.
These fit up to a 1.25" rod end with a 5/8" bolt running vertical. The vertical setup lets you run link mounts at large angles, but you'll get less articulation than a horizontal hole mount, so keep that in mind for your link geometry.
