***These products are Digital Assets. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

Plasma Table Friendly – This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size tube do these mounts fit, and what rod end can I run?

These weld onto 1.5" round tube and are designed to fit up to a 1.25" rod end with a 5/8" bolt. They wrap to the tube so you get good weld coverage on the chassis.

What thickness material do I cut these from, and can I run them on my plasma table?

They're drawn for 3/16" material and are plasma table friendly, meaning all flat plate with no bends so they're easy to cut and assemble. They're also MIG-friendly with corner welds, just follow the WPO to keep the strength right.

How's the articulation on these compared to a horizontal hole mount?

Being a vertical single bolt setup, these let you run link mounts at large angles but they do limit articulation compared to a horizontal hole link mount. If you need more range of motion, email us and we can point you to a horizontal style file.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
