These single link mounts weld to round tubing and fit up to a 1.25" rod end. Cut completely out of 3/16" material, these are mig-friendly files with corner welds.

Plasma Table Friendly – This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

What size tubing do these link mounts fit?

These are made to weld onto 2" round tubing and they'll take up to a 1.25" rod end. The 5/8" hole is sized for the rod end bolt.

What thickness steel do I cut these out of?

They're designed to be cut from 3/16" material. The DXF is set up flat with no bends, so you can run them right on your plasma table.

Are these flat plate or do I need to bend anything before welding them in?

All flat plate, no bends needed — that's what the Plasma Table Friendly tag means. They're mig-friendly with corner welds, just follow the WPO when you assemble and weld them up to keep the strength.

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
