These single link mounts weld to round tubing and fit up to a 1.25" rod end. Cut completely out of 3/16" material, these are mig-friendly files with corner welds.

Are these set up to weld onto 1.75 round tube or do I have to notch them myself?

Yep, these single link mounts are designed to weld right onto 1.75" round tubing, so the tube interface is already in the file. Just cut them, fit them to your tube, and weld.

What thickness should I cut these from and will they run clean on my plasma table?

They're drawn to be cut out of 3/16" material and they're plasma table friendly, meaning no bends, all flat plate. Just follow the WPO and do the corner welds and you're good with a MIG.

What size rod end do these take and is that 5/8 hole for the bolt?

These fit up to a 1.25" rod end and the file is set up with a 5/8" hole for your bolt. If you need it sized for a different rod end or bolt, shoot us an email and we'll see what other files might work for your build.
